Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days depending on the location.

Once dispatched, orders must follow the standard return process.

Refund and Returns Policy
At Flayrlife, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 3 days of receiving the item.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags and invoice.
Items such as innerwear, socks, perfumes, or grooming products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Refund Process
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and evaluated by our team.
If the item is out of stock and replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued — no questions asked.
Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account. If not received within this period, email us at [email protected] and we will investigate immediately.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refund since no advance payment was made.
If online payment was made more than once due to a technical error, we will refund the extra amount after verification.
Refund Method
For payments made via bKash, Nagad, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
No refund will include shipping or COD convenience charges, as these are non-refundable.
Exchange & Replacement
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or item is not available, a full refund will be offered instead.
Exchanges follow the same eligibility and process as returns.

অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও পেমেন্ট
সব অর্ডার যাচাই ও নিশ্চিতকরণের উপর নির্ভর করে।
আমরা নিম্নোক্ত মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি: ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ, নগদ)।
স্টক না থাকা, মূল্য সংক্রান্ত ভুল বা জালিয়াতির সন্দেহজনক কারণে যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
মূল্য নীতি
সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে।
মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
অফার, ছাড় বা প্রমোশন যেকোনো সময় বাতিল বা পরিবর্তনযোগ্য।
শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
প্রত্যাশিত ডেলিভারি সময় ২-৫ কর্মদিবস, অবস্থান অনুসারে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
অপ্রত্যাশিত ঘটনা বা উচ্চ অর্ডার ভলিউমের কারণে দেরি হতে পারে।
গ্রাহককে সঠিক ডেলিভারি তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে। ভুল তথ্যের কারণে দেরির দায়িত্ব Flayrlife নেবে না।
অর্ডার বাতিল নীতি
শুধুমাত্র শিপমেন্টের আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে।
একবার পাঠানো হলে, অর্ডার আমাদের রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
মেধাস্বত্ব
ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা সব কনটেন্ট (লিখা, ছবি, লোগো, গ্রাফিক্স) Flayrlife-এর মেধাস্বত্ব।
Flayrlife-এর লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কনটেন্ট কপি, পুনঃব্যবহার বা ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি
আমরা গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টির জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। যদি আপনি অর্ডার নিয়ে অসন্তুষ্ট হন, তাহলে আমরা সাহায্য করতে প্রস্তুত।
রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা
পণ্য পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
পণ্য অপ্রস্তুত, অপরিচ্ছন্ন ও মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ (ট্যাগ ও ইনভয়েসসহ) ফেরত দিতে হবে।
অন্তর্বাস, মোজা, পারফিউম বা গ্রুমিং পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য আমাদের টিম যাচাই করার পর রিফান্ড শুরু হবে।
যদি পণ্যের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট না থাকে, তাহলে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হতে ৫-৭ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
নির্ধারিত সময়ে রিফান্ড না পেলে [email protected] এ যোগাযোগ করুন।
COD (ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি) অর্ডারে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
অনলাইন পেমেন্ট একাধিকবার হলে যাচাই শেষে বাড়তি অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
রিফান্ডের মাধ্যম
বিকাশ, নগদ, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারে করা পেমেন্ট মূল মাধ্যমে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
শিপিং চার্জ ও COD সুবিধার চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট
রিপ্লেসমেন্ট স্টক প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভর করে।
অনুরোধকৃত সাইজ বা আইটেম না থাকলে পুরো টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া রিটার্নের মতোই হবে।
নিচের আইটেমগুলো রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়
ব্যবহৃত, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা পরিবর্তিত পণ্য।
ট্যাগ বা প্যাকেজিং ছাড়া ফেরত পাঠানো আইটেম।
কাস্টম অর্ডারকৃত তৈরি বা ক্লিয়ারেন্স সেলের ডিসকাউন্টেড পণ্য।
